✨ EVERY MORNING when you wake up, you find a link in the WhatsApp group with one QUESTION, one INSIGHT, and one PRACTICE/EXERCISE.
✨ You take the day to WORK WITH IT, you practice the concepts and exercises IN THE CONTEXT OF YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES.
✨ Then, when you feel ready, you’re invited to share your insights, experiences, emotions, struggles or questions – whatever is alive for you after you’ve worked with the practice.
✨ We limit the conversations to ONE COMMENT PER DAY PER PARTICIPANT.
✨ NEXT DAY morning, we move to the next question/exercise/practice – and we do that for 29 days.
✨ Then during the course of the process, we decide when to have a ZOOM CALL for LIVE SHARING & QUESTIONS/ANSWERS
