Change

The seeds you/we've planted together are growing well. I do “breathing / visualisation practice” (do not dare to call it Meditation yet) three times a day and I see its effect quite visibly: I feel myself much “lighter” though my weight remains un-changed! Get far less angry than ever before (and I am of very hot temper type), become calmer and feel the peace deeply inside - I can even spread it to my surroundings! It seems I meet more “nice” people than before though they are the same I see everyday … And when someone needs an advice from me, I find myself saying more or less the same things I have learnt from you … and it's such a nice surprise!
